Job summary

IT Channel (Asia) Limited is seeking an experienced IT End-User Computing Specialist in Hong Kong to provide enterprise-level support for endpoints, Microsoft 365, and digital workplace services. The role involves vendor coordination, security compliance, and ongoing improvements to maintain productivity and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise end-user computing, endpoint support, Microsoft 365 administration, digital workplace services, or a similar technology support role.
• Practical experience supporting Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, VDI/Citrix/AVD, endpoint management, device provisioning, patching, and security compliance in a sizeable enterprise environment.
• Relevant Microsoft, ITIL, endpoint management, or virtual desktop certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user computing support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, meeting-room technology, and other workplace services.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and collaboration services, including user access and monitoring.
• Support VDI, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop platforms, including migrations and issue resolution.
• Manage endpoint operations and security activities, including patching, device compliance, and Windows upgrades.
• Coordinate device provisioning and lifecycle management, including hardware refresh, asset tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and secure disposal.
• Support service improvement and technology initiatives such as AVD migration and ServiceNow integration.
