Job summary
Party Alc Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager for our premium fine-dining venue spanning 10,000 sq ft. You will take overall charge of operations, lead front-of-house teams, uphold Michelin-inspired service standards, and drive revenue through VIP hospitality and private events.
The role requires at least 5 years in fine dining with operational-management experience, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, strong wine knowledge, and ability to host international
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in fine dining with operational-management experience.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Substantial beverage and wine knowledge; sommelier qualifications desirable.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of restaurant operations; oversee front-of-house activities and lead the team.
- Host key VIP guests; nurture repeat relationships and develop corporate/private-banquet business.
- Manage cost control, rostering, stocktaking, and venue utilisation; monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
- Develop and deliver service training for front-of-house teams; resolve incidents and guest complaints.
- Provide wine-and-food pairing recommendations to guests; refine wine list.
- Ensure compliance with HK food-safety, fire-safety and labour regulations; support events and media activities.
