Job summary

PALKI INDIAN RESTAURANT in Tin Hau, Hong Kong, seeks an enthusiastic Operations Manager to support the managing director in the daily running of the establishment. You will oversee the day-to-day operation, including rosters, training and administration, monitor staff during service, handle reservations and guest seating, process requisitions, and maintain high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in hospitality industry.
Diploma or above in food and beverage / hospitality management.
Strong management skills with positive mindset.
Must have good communication in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in POS and computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant including roster, training, daily administration of group of restaurant.
Monitor and manage the receptionist, waiters and supervisory staff during service.
Handle with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests.
Execute and follow up food / beverage / general requisition / transfer forms in sections involved.
Ensure the cleanliness of restaurant in a high hygiene standard.
Prepare required periodical reports.
