Job summary

Leadingnation operates a new Cantonese restaurant at a prime location in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced dining operations leader. You will supervise daily venue operations and guide a dynamic culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

With 8+ years in catering, you will manage budgets, multi-site operations, and ensure alignment with international luxury hospitality standards while excluding language constraints for essential roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in catering.
• Experience with annual budgeting and multi-site management preferred.
• Korean speaking is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of dining venues to ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead an energetic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Review guest feedback from different platforms and address issues.
• Handle all guest complaints and implements solutions.
• Be part of the culinary team of a unique luxury dining restaurant.
• Exposure to international culinary standards and luxury hospitality experiences.
