Job summary

VEA in Hong Kong seeks an experienced supervisor/manager to lead guest experience and staff in a refined dining environment. You will oversee front-of-house operations, mentor servers and hosts, and support the restaurant manager in daily tasks to ensure excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fine dining, strong leadership, and fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with immediate availability preferred for a seamless start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the same role at a fine dining restaurant.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
• Hong Kong resident; immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and ensure memorable dining in a refined setting.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Schedule shifts, monitor performance, and maintain high morale.
• Assist manager with daily operations and cost control.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and presentation.
