Big Top Hospitality in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across front- and back-of-house, ensuring service excellence and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, manage scheduling, control food costs and drive revenue growth, while maintaining outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant management or senior hospitality management.
• Proven track record in operations, staff, and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and safety compliance.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and revenue optimisation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including service delivery, food quality, cleanliness and health and safety compliance.
• Lead, recruit, train and develop restaurant staff across front- and back-of-house.
• Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping and performance management for optimal coverage.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, waste reduction and quality standards.
• Maintain financial targets including revenue, profits and budgeting responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, policies and procedures.
• Manage guest relations, address concerns and enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service.
• Implement SOPs to maintain consistency across service areas.
• Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify improvements.
