HSBC is seeking a Vice President, Broking Services for HK Business, based in Central, Hong Kong Island. You will deliver high-touch trading advisory and execution for HNW clients, while driving growth and adhering to regulatory standards.

Role requires licences and securities experience, strong service mindset, and fluency in English and Chinese. The position involves shift work and collaboration with GPB and Premier Elite teams.

Formación

• University degree in business administration or finance.
• Holder of SFC licences Type 1, 2, 3 and 4.
• Strong customer mind-set and commitment to service excellence.
• Solid experience in securities and/or hotline customer services.
• Knowledge of HSBC investment products preferred.
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-touch trading advisory and trade execution services to HNW and high-value clients.
• Deliver against financial and non-financial performance objectives.
• Provide IS&A insights, market commentary and analysis as appropriate.
• Ensure delivery aligns with HSBC standards and regulations.
• Expand the client base and drive business development with internal partners.
• Support growth strategies and key business initiatives.
• Perform CDD and EDD per policy and refer clients to HSBC products.
• Work on a shift basis including public holidays.
• Assist Team Head with ad-hoc duties and handling complaints when required.
