Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Elite Relationship Manager, International, to grow Non-Resident Premier Elite client relationships in Hong Kong. You will acquire, develop and retain clients, deliver needs-based wealth solutions and exceed expectations through proactive partnership with internal teams.

Strong client focus, regulatory awareness, and fluency in English and Chinese will help you drive KPI targets and secure long-term loyalty while upholding HSBC's values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in client portfolio management and wealth planning.
• Knowledge of regulatory framework in wealth management.
• Ability to develop long-term client partnerships and deliver needs-based solutions.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin/Cantonese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, develop and retain new Non-Resident Premier Elite Clients via outreach and referrals.
• Help clients articulate needs and deliver to exceed client expectations.
• Achieve KPI objectives and profit growth through Premier Elite relationships.
• Increase client loyalty through proactive collaboration with internal partners.
• Provide best-in-class service to Premier Elite clients and ensure compliance.
