Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced HSBC Premier Elite Relationship Manager in Hong Kong to serve our high-value clients across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. You will manage relationships, deliver tailored wealth strategies, and work with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.

The role requires a strong track record in UHNW client management, wealth product sales and financial planning, with excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related discipline.
• Solid years of experience in relationship management and managing ultra-high net worth client portfolios.
• Proven track record in client portfolio management.
• Evidence of strong client recommendations and sales results in wealth products.
• Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products.
• Knowledge of macro/microeconomics and local market developments.
• Regulatory framework relevant to wealth management.
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with HSBC Premier Elite clients.
• Acquire, develop and retain a portfolio of HSBC Premier Elite clients.
• Provide financial advice leading to wealth creation and capital preservation.
• Help clients articulate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Investment and Insurance Specialist Team to support clients’ life journey.
• Lead and mentor team members and ensure best-in-class service.
