The role demands extensive senior-management experience in manufacturing, strong financial acumen, and leadership skills. MBA preferred; Cantonese and English proficiency is highly desirable.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President to join HENG FENG Industrial at our Hong Kong Island location. This is a full-time executive position that offers significant strategic and operational responsibility within our organisation. As Vice President, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our business unit, overseeing key operational functions, and ensuring the delivery of organisational objectives. You will report directly to senior leadership and will be instrumental in driving growth, improving operational performance, and fostering a culture of excellence across your area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic business plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable growth
• Overseeing the overall performance and profitability of assigned business units or functional areas, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals and implementing corrective actions as required
• Managing budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimise operational efficiency and maximise profitability
• Representing the company in negotiations with key stakeholders, clients, partners and regulatory bodies
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and company policies within your area of responsibility
• Driving innovation and identifying new business opportunities to enhance competitive positioning
• Collaborating with other senior executives to ensure cross-functional alignment and integrated business delivery

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in a senior management or executive role within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with proven success in leading business units or functional areas
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to analyse complex market dynamics and develop effective strategies
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimisation and profitability improvements
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese (spoken and written) is highly desirable for this Hong Kong Island-based role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications such as an MBA are preferred
• Knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory environment and industry standards is advantageous
