Job summary

Chiaphua Components Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Vice President – Human Resources & Administration to lead global HR and administrative functions. The role drives strategic planning, policy development, and cross-border people management across regions.

You will design long-term HR roadmaps, optimize structures, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor regional teams. Proficiency in English and Chinese, plus extensive multinational leadership, are essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR & Administrative leadership experience in large multinational manufacturing operations, including at least 8 years in a senior executive capacity (VP / HR Director).
  • Proven experience leading cross-border teams across multiple regions (including Mainland China and Hong Kong).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the formulation of the Group's overall strategic planning.
  • Provide executive-level insights and advisory from HR and Administrative management perspectives to drive business goals.
  • Design, roll out, and govern long-term HR & Admin strategic roadmaps ensuring complete alignment with corporate strategy.

  • Establish and standardize HR and Administrative policies, operating systems, and workflows across regions, ensuring 100% compliance with local statutory regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Oversee and audit policy execution globally, proactively adjusting and optimizing frameworks to reflect emerging legal and market dynamics.
  • Mentor, develop, and empower regional HR & Admin teams to elevate professional capabilities and operational performance across global sites

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Master's Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 15 years of HR & Administrative leadership experience in large multinational manufacturing operations, including at least 8 years in a senior executive capacity (VP / HR Director role).

Proven experience leading cross-border teams across multiple regions (including Mainland China and Hong Kong). Deep familiarity with local employment laws, cultural nuances, and HR best practices.

Hands-on exposure or managerial experience in HR operations for manufacturing facilities in Mexico will be a distinct advantage.

Thorough expertise across all key HR pillars (Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations) and corporate Administrative management.

Excellent written and spoken command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Exceptional strategic planning, executive decision-making, change management, and team leadership skills.

Outstanding cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working under pressure and willing to undertake international and domestic business travel as required
