The role demands extensive senior-management experience in manufacturing, strong financial acumen, and leadership skills. MBA preferred; Cantonese and English proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee performance and profitability of assigned business units or functional areas.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as required.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and profitability.
• Represent the company in negotiations with key stakeholders, clients, partners and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company policies.
• Drive innovation and identify new business opportunities to improve competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with other executives for cross-functional alignment and integrated delivery.
