Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for Programme Manager, Undergraduate Student Enrichment (Executive Officer rank) to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contributions to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary.

The appointee will coordinate undergraduate enrichment and corporate partnership programmes, liaise with overseas institutions and partners, and supervise clerical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years’ experience in programme management and/or development.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the Faculty's undergraduate student enrichment and corporate partnership programmes.
• Engage and liaise with overseas institutions, corporate partners and other external parties.
• Coordinate programmes and events with relevant stakeholders and students; supervise clerical staff.
• Occasional travel and work outside normal office hours may be required.
