Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for the role of Assistant Manager (Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine. The position is a two-year fixed-term appointment with gratuity and retirement benefits, subject to funding and performance.

The appointee will handle undergraduate programme operations, assessment, curriculum revisions, and student-centred teaching services, with renewal possible based on performance and funding availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years’ work experience in higher education or related field.
• Competent communicators with strong sense of responsibility and ability to motivate team under tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; strong interpersonal, organisational, time management and problem-solving skills; IT knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage undergraduate programmes, assessment, and curriculum revisions.
• Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance for teaching and learning.
• Provide student-centred services and support learning activities frontline.
• Support administration and coordination with academic departments.
• Contribute to programme reviews and continuous improvement.
