SHOPLINE, Asia’s largest smart commerce platform, invites an UK & HK Account Manager to join our Merchant Success team. You’ll manage a growing portfolio of UK and HK merchants, nurture executive relationships, and drive retention strategies to maximise lifetime value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferred in e-commerce but not necessary.
• Experience in any customer facing, customer-focused attitude, commercial driven.
• Work under pressure and good time management skills.
• Self starter, independent problem solver and good team player.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing both English and Chinese.
• Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Detail-minded, high organisational and able to manage multi-tasks skills.
• Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn.
• Curious and interested in technology and new products.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of UK (Primarily) & HK merchants and engage with key decision-makers through calls and emails.
• Lead retention strategies and day-to-day merchant support to maximise lifetime value and minimise churn.
• Understand merchants’ business models to align them with SHOPLINE’s solutions and features.
• Prioritize time based on merchant type and size to maximise impact on the business.
• Provide feedback to product teams to prioritise development tasks and suggest features.
• Track feature requests, document inquiries, and oversee accounts receivable for timely collections.
• Advocate for the brand and build a community of loyal customers.
