HR Plus in Hong Kong seeks a Merchant Partnership & Business Development Manager to oversee merchant acquisition, grow partner relationships, and drive market strategies. The role focuses on presenting to potential merchants, managing key accounts, and delivering data-driven insights to optimise operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong English and Chinese communication, plus business acumen and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with excellent problem solving and data analytical skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the merchants acquisition business, including merchant relationship management and merchant operations.
• Demonstrate agile and efficient merchants acquisition strategy and operations procedures from corporate business perspectives.
• Prepare presentations to reputable potential merchants in different industries.
• Manage key merchant accounts to achieve business objectives and continuous engagement with merchant partners.
• Explore market demand, develop marketing strategy and product value propositions from time to time.
• Conduct regular reports of data analysis to optimise operations direction and planning.
• Be committed to act with the Company's core values and competency expectations.
• Participate in ad hoc projects & assignment.
