Qualifications
- Twelve+ years in insurance, brokerage, wealth management or related financial services.
- Five+ years as licensed signatory for an insurance broker/agent, or equivalent qualifications.
- Eight+ years in senior leadership or business management.
- Proven UHNW client portfolio management including large premium volumes.
Responsibilities
- Market leadership & Commercial Ownership.
- UHNW client origination & strategic relationships with private banks, family offices, and trustees.
- Structure sophisticated insurance solutions including wealth preservation, legacy planning, premium financing, and cross-border structures.
- Regulatory accountability & corporate governance.
- Operational excellence & platform build, including scalable processes, reporting, and documentation.
