Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Solid experience in life insurance products and HNW markets.
• Insurance license and CPD requirements completed.
• Proven track record of business growth and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a client facing role to provide specialist advice on appropriate HSBC insurance solutions tailored to the needs of HNW customers
• Connect with HNW customers to build relationships and understand their financial goals
• Drive HSBC insurance sales to fulfill customers' insurance needs with RMs
• Provide coaching for RM teams on HSBC insurance products and propositions
• Manage sales planning and pipeline prioritization
• Work with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes for customers' best interests
• Ensure regulated activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong risk management and uphold HSBC conduct
