HSBC Life is seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a HNW Insurance Specialist. You will provide specialist, client-facing advice on HSBC Life insurance solutions tailored to high-net-worth customers and build trusted relationships by understanding their wealth-planning objectives.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, deliver suitable insurance products, and coach RM teams on products, sales practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and HNW market trends.
• Experience in insurance, preferably client-facing or advisory.
• Licence including Insurance Intermediaries CPD requirements.
• Proven ability to grow business and build partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist, client-facing advice on HSBC Life solutions for HNW clients.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding financial objectives and wealth-planning needs.
• Partner with RMs to identify opportunities and deliver insurance solutions.
• Coach RM teams on HSBC Life products, propositions and sales practices.
• Lead sales planning and manage pipeline for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely customer-centric outcomes.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
