Job summary

Nomura is seeking an Executive Director, Relationship Manager in Hong Kong to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within International Wealth Management. You will deliver tailored investment strategies, deepen client relationships, and drive revenue while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

You will leverage your extensive experience to identify prospects, manage KYC, and coordinate with product specialists to offer suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Business or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in personalized investment advice for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, products and services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong ability to acquire new clients through referrals and networking.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and communication.
• High level of integrity; compliant with regulatory policies.
• Drive to succeed; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with new and existing U/HNW individuals.
• Identify prospects within the relevant market and actively acquire new clients.
• Introduce clients to a wide range of products/investment opportunities based on suitability.
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports, and documentation for all clients.
• Assist in new business/product development with products and service specialists.
• Contribute to Wealth Management revenue and AUM targets.
• Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and AML procedures.
