Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Head of Relationship Management for a fast-growing international multi-family office platform in Hong Kong. You will act as primary advisor to key UHNW clients, drive asset growth and tailor wealth solutions.

The role requires a deep network with UHNW individuals and family offices across Greater China and wider Asia, with a track record in private banking and wealth management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, External Asset Management, or Multi-Family Office environments.
• Proven track record managing and growing UHNW client relationships.
• Portable client assets and strong market connectivity desirable.
• Existing relationships with UHNW entrepreneurs, business owners, and family office clients advantageous.
• Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management solutions across asset classes.
• Ability to discuss trust, insurance, family wealth planning, and related solutions.
• Experience covering Greater China, Southeast Asia, Australia, or Middle Eastern client markets preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow within a expanding organization.
• Candidates from Private Banking, Multi-Family Office, EAM, Wealth Management, or independent advisory platforms are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for key clients.
• Drive asset growth through existing networks and new client acquisition initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and corporate owners.
• Work closely with internal investment specialists to deliver tailored wealth management solutions.
• Identify opportunities across investments, trust structures, insurance, lending solutions, and broader wealth planning needs.
• Support the development and mentoring of relationship management professionals as the platform continues to expand.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.
• Ensure a high level of client service and long‑term relationship retention.
