Job summary

Mother's Choice 母親的抉擇 is seeking a CCH Manager to oversee daily operations of the Child Care Home, ensuring trauma-informed, child-centered care and full regulatory compliance. You will lead a dedicated team and partner with the Director to advance Early Intervention Services and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, nonprofit management or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership, organizational management, problem solving and crisis management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Child Care Home with safe, trauma-informed, child-centered care and regulatory compliance.
• Support the Director in delivering strategic goals across CCH and related services (EIS, Family Academy, Community Education).
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, supporting succession planning and a collaborative culture.
• Track KPIs and contribute to quarterly reporting; coordinate with IT/data teams for monitoring and outcomes.
