Job summary

Mother’s Choice is a Hong Kong charity providing care for children without families and pregnant teens. We deliver client-centered nursing within the Early Intervention Services (EIS) team, collaborating with Registered Nurses and allied health staff to support children in our care.

The role focuses on safe nursing, medication handling, care planning, and thorough documentation. Requires a valid HK Nursing Board certificate and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Registered enrolled nurse with the Hong Kong Nursing Board and valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum one year of experience with children; fresh graduates welcome for paediatric care.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Committed to safety and protection of children in care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse care aligned with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Ensure safe medication preparation, administration, and storage.
• Assess health needs, implement care plans, and coordinate medical appointments.
• Maintain hygienic environments and infection control compliance.
• Document care accurately in electronic systems per Early Intervention Services guidelines.
• Adhere to Social Welfare Department and Inspectorate requirements.
