Mother’s Choice 母親的抉擇 in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated Programme Coordinator to coordinate early intervention services for young mothers and their children. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to deliver evidence-informed interventions that promote maternal well-being and child development.

You will develop individualized plans, lead parenting training, and monitor progress while ensuring safeguarding and grant compliance.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to assess needs, coordinate interventions, manage risk, and maintain documentation.
• Experience with funder reporting, grant compliance, data management and audit preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with EIS team to deliver interventions under FPF and PTF frameworks.
• Develop and review Individualised Development Plans for families.
• Deliver parenting training on responsive caregiving and developmental milestones; monitor child progress and referrals.
• Engage fathers, partners, and community networks to strengthen family support.
• Chair multidisciplinary team meetings and ensure coordinated service delivery with partners.
• Oversee safeguarding protocols and respond to concerns for young mothers, children or families.
• Track programme outputs, maintain records, and prepare reports for the Trust and university researchers.
• Monitor project budget utilisation and assist with grant compliance and audit preparation.
• Travel to community centres across Kowloon and New Territories to deliver services and training.
