Job summary

Mother’s Choice, a local charity in Hong Kong, seeks a CCH Manager to oversee daily operations of the Child Care Home, ensuring trauma-informed, child-centered care and full regulatory compliance.

You will support the Director in advancing strategic goals across Early Intervention Services and related programs, while monitoring KPIs and coordinating staff training and volunteer engagement. The role requires strong leadership and bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, public health, allied health, nonprofit management or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years in management.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Child Care Home, ensuring safe, trauma-informed care and regulatory compliance.
• Support Director in strategic and program goals across CCH and related services.
• Coordinate training and develop train-the-trainer resources for Family Academy.
• Track KPIs, reporting, and coordinate with IT for data systems.
• Lead and develop staff, fostering a mission-driven team culture.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders and coordinate volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with Social Welfare Department and manage budget and risk management.
