Job summary

Mother’s Choice in Hong Kong is seeking a registered nurse to deliver client-centred nursing care to children in residential settings within the EIS team. You will collaborate with Registered Nurses and allied health staff to support children under Mother’s Choice care.

The role requires paediatric experience, a valid HK Nursing Board practicing certificate, and fluency in English and Chinese. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in paediatric care are welcome.

Qualifications

• Registered with HK Nursing Board with a valid practicing certificate.
• Experience in paediatrics and residential child care service is preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in paediatric care are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken/written).
• Must share the commitment of Mother’s Choice to safety and protection of children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe nursing care aligned with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Ensure safe medication preparation, administration, and storage.
• Assess health needs, implement care plans, and coordinate medical appointments.
• Maintain hygienic environments and infection control compliance.
• Document care accurately in electronic systems per EIS guidelines.
• Adhere to SWD and Inspectorate requirements.
