Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Hong Kong is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage daily transportation activities, coordinate carrier bookings, and ensure timely delivery. You will communicate with carriers and internal teams, handle shipping documentation, and monitor costs while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role requires 2–5 years in transportation/logistics, experience with domestic and international moves, and strong ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international transportation activities.
• Familiarity with warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management and freight operations.
• Understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs requirements of Hong Kong/foreign countries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other logistics systems is an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, manufacturing, or technology logistics environments.
  • Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage.
