Job summary

AEDGE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Transport Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our bus transportation services.

You will work closely with drivers, customers and internal teams to coordinate transport requirements and ensure services run smoothly, safely and efficiently. • Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet operations or similar roles is advantageous.
• Able to coordinate multiple operational requirements and respond to changing situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Maintain relevant operational records and documentation.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned in support of the transport operations.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Transport Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our bus transportation services.

The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, customers and internal teams to coordinate transport requirements, driver deployment and vehicle availability, while helping to ensure that services are carried out smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily bus transportation operations and service requirements.

• Plan and arrange driver deployment, duty schedules and vehicle assignments.

• Liaise with drivers, customers and relevant parties on operational arrangements.

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and inspections.

• Assist in resolving operational issues such as service changes, vehicle breakdowns and other day-to-day transport matters.

• Maintain relevant operational records and documentation.

• Perform other duties reasonably assigned in support of the transport operations.

Requirements

• Diploma, Nitec/Higher Nitec or relevant qualification preferred.

• Relevant experience in transport, logistics, fleet operations or similar operational roles will be an advantage.

• Able to coordinate multiple operational requirements and respond to changing situations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.

• Candidates without direct bus transportation experience may also be considered if they possess relevant operational or coordination experience.
