Job summary

AEDGE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Transport Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our bus transportation services.

You will work closely with drivers, customers and internal teams to coordinate transport requirements and ensure services run smoothly, safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet operations or similar roles is advantageous.
• Able to coordinate multiple operational requirements and respond to changing situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily bus transportation operations and service requirements.
• Plan and arrange driver deployment, duty schedules and vehicle assignments.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and relevant parties on operational arrangements.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Assist in resolving operational issues such as service changes and vehicle breakdowns.
• Maintain relevant operational records and documentation.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned in support of the transport operations.
