Job summary

JNR ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Event Operations Executive to support planning, setup, execution and teardown of events in Singapore. The role involves handling equipment, coordinating logistics and assisting with onsite requirements to ensure smooth event delivery.

You will work with the Operations and Project Teams, support warehouse duties, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event operations, logistics, operations or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required for events.

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and hands‑on Event Operations Executive to join our operations team. The role involves supporting the planning, setup, execution and teardown of events across Singapore, ensuring event equipment and onsite requirements are properly prepared and executed.

Key responsibilities

• Support event setup, onsite operations and teardown
• Coordinate and handle event equipment and logistics
• Assist with the setup of tents, furniture, games, inflatables, photobooths and other event equipment
• Ensure equipment and event setups are properly prepared and handled
• Work closely with the Operations and Project Teams to support event requirements
• Assist with warehouse, equipment and logistics duties when required

About you

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in event operations, logistics, operations or a related field
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required for events
• Able to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
