Job summary

Cable Care Pte Ltd is seeking an on-site maintenance technician in Hong Kong to perform hands-on electrical work, inspect materials, and follow floorplans. You will communicate with clients, ensure service levels, and update progress via messaging tools.

The role may require driving, after-hours support, and occasional office maintenance responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a NITEC or related experience, strong communication and teamwork, and flexibility for overtime or night shifts as jobs

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related work experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work overtime and night shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical/tools equipment.
• Communicate with customers and manage them.
• Draw and check materials.
• Understand floorplans.
• Ensure service level.
• Check quality and neatness of works.
• Provide progress updates via WhatsApp, photos, messages or email.
• Maintain product knowledge (technical specs).
• Stand in for maintenance personnel during leave.
• Manning maintenance call line if assigned.
• Hands-on troubleshooting.
• Deploy on emergency/OT service calls if required.
• Drive if needed.
• Vehicle maintenance and management.
• Office maintenance if assigned.

Requirements
