Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives in the financial services sector. This strategic, non-IT role focuses on post-merger integration, corporate expansion, and cross-functional change.

You will steer end-to-end programmes, govern milestones, manage risks, and report to executive leadership while embedding Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of transformation programme delivery experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream strategic initiatives.
• Experience in PMI, M&A programme management and PMI activities.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
• Experience in Agile, hybrid or traditional programme delivery environments.
• Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are highly preferred.

• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and key decisions.
• Ensure programmes operate within governance and risk management frameworks.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide transparent reporting to leadership teams.

This is a business transformation role rather than an IT project delivery position, focused on large-scale change, post-merger integration, and business expansion projects within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

About you
