NexusCorp LLC is seeking a consultant to lead high-impact transformation initiatives from concept to delivery, onsite in Hong Kong. You will drive cross-functional execution, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with business outcomes.

The role requires senior-level experience in business transformation with a consulting background, strong governance, and stakeholder management. English fluency is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin are strongly preferred.

Competenze

• M&A experience: post-merger integration, PMO of acquisitions or business developments such as setting up entities or desks.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
