TEKsystems is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a banking transformation programme in Hong Kong. You will assist governance, budgeting, reporting, and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams, working with senior business and technology stakeholders.

The role requires strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to large-scale change and a multilingual environment (Cantonese, Mandarin, English).

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in PMO, project governance, programme management, or transformation delivery
• Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation programmes
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

Join a large-scale transformation programme within a leading financial institution, supporting governance, financial tracking, project reporting, and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams. Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, you will help drive programme transparency, control, and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support programme governance, reporting, and controls
• Consolidate project status updates across multiple workstreams
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials
• Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation and RAID logs

Requirements

• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
