Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Project Manager to steer complex, cross-functional programmes from concept to delivery. The role will own scope, plans, milestones, and governance to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business outcomes.

You will drive execution, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers while leading RAID management and ensuring regulatory compliance. Based in Hong Kong, onsite at client offices, with fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
