Chubb Life Insurance Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major initiative spanning business and technology design, from scoping to post-implementation review. The role requires driving cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams to deliver measurable improvements in underwriting, claims, and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to bridge gaps between technical requirements and desired business outcomes specific to the project.
• Lead the implementation of technologies that streamline processes in underwriting, claims management, and customer onboarding, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency for the project.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and improve the overall experience for agents and customers within the context of the project.
• Collaborate effectively with business and technology teams to bridge gaps between technical requirements and desired business outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making in solution design and prioritization to guide strategic decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution. Resolve dependencies and lead change management efforts across teams, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Job requirements

• University graduate or above in any relevant degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on the insurance industry.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and operational excellence frameworks.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
