Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong's Quarry Bay is seeking an experienced Training & Development professional to lead L&D initiatives and shape staff learning experiences.

You will design training programs, manage e-learning, and deliver workshops to build customer-centric service excellence. A degree in Business Admin/HR and at least 3 years HR experience are required, with a 5-day work week and attractive ancillary benefits.

• Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Min of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
