Job summary

McDonald’s Hong Kong is seeking a Training Manager to lead frontline learning across all HK restaurants. You will drive capability building, leadership development, and training effectiveness to support operational excellence and restaurant performance.

You will report to the Director - RSG and partner with Operations Leaders, Restaurant Management Teams, and People Department to implement learning solutions that build organizational capability and strengthen results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development, Training, Operations, or related industries with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating frontline training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and performance improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline learning and development initiatives across all McDonald’s restaurants in Hong Kong.
• Develop training strategy, capability development, and learning standards.
• Partner with Operations Leaders and People Department to deliver learning solutions.
• Monitor impact of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the Training, Learning & Development team and coach restaurant leaders.
