McDonald’s Hong Kong is seeking a Training Manager to lead frontline learning across all HK restaurants. You will drive capability building, leadership development, and training effectiveness to support operational excellence and restaurant performance.
You will report to the Director - RSG and partner with Operations Leaders, Restaurant Management Teams, and People Department to implement learning solutions that build organizational capability and strengthen results.

The role reports directly to the Director - RSG and partners closely with Operations Leaders, Restaurant Management Teams, People Department to develop and implement learning solutions that build organizational capability and strengthen restaurant results. You will also lead the Training, Learning & Development team to ensure the consistent delivery of training programs, learning standards, and people development initiatives across the market.
