Qualifications

• Degree in Theatre and Entertainment Arts or related; HKAPA preferred.
• At least 4 years in sizable performing arts venues; supervisory exp. a plus.
• High proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Independent, highly organized and hardworking.
• AutoCAD drawing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stage operations, rigging, rehearsals, performances and strike-out; ensure safety and smooth execution.
• Plan and review daily manpower deployment; supervise in-house staff and casual labour; compile duty rosters.
• Provide professional technical services for audio, lighting, theatrical and stage systems; act as duty theatrical technician if needed.
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules for theatrical equipment and materials.
• Evaluate vendors and monitor out-source maintenance and casual labour services.
• Monitor venue usage and revenue; prepare reports and analyses for Operations.
