Job summary
Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic F&B Captain to lead and inspire the dining team, ensuring guests enjoy an expertly served beverage and dining experience.
You will guide junior colleagues, present detailed menu explanations, manage guest requests, and handle payments with precision; candidates with more experience may be considered for Captain.
Qualifications

- Deep understanding of menu items and venue concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead guest beverage/dining experiences with attentiveness and expertise.
- Present menus and explain items clearly to guests.
- Handle cash and payments accurately.
- Guide and mentor junior teammates, fostering learning and growth.
- Be flexible to perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Captain.
