Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a proactive F&B supervisor to lead and mentor a busy team, delivering guest-focused beverage and dining experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will manage the section, handle cash transactions, and support junior staff with passion for hospitality.

The role requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in F&B; Captain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• 3-5 year Food & Beverage supervisory experience; Prior Captain experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engaging and positive personality to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and showcase passion for F&B.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy environment; manage assigned section; handle money transactions.
• Perform other tasks or projects with a positive and curious attitude.
