Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced electrical technician to perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of building electrical systems in compliance with EMSD regulations.

You will conduct routine inspections and Planned Preventive Maintenance for M&E systems and building fabric, respond to emergencies, and monitor external contractor work for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Holder of REW License issued by EMSD.
• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Good command of spoken Chinese and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical installation, maintenance and troubleshooting works in compliance with EMSD regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and Planned Preventive Maintenance for M&E systems and building fabric.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, reactive maintenance requests to minimize site disruption.
• Monitor and inspect maintenance works carried out by external contractors to ensure quality and adherence to site guidelines.
• Enforce compliance with all occupational health and safety protocols.
