Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Assign shifts, build duty rosters, monitor guard performance, provide training.
• Operations & Patrols: Oversee routine patrols, alarm systems, manage site access control.
• Incident Response: First responder during breaches, emergencies or fires; coordinate with law enforcement.
• Reporting: Document daily incidents, write safety reports, maintain visitor/attendance records.
• Safety Audits: Inspect equipment, identify hazards, conduct drills.
