Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) for optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare, review and finalize tender documentation for building services projects in line with technical specs and procurement standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and school stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems to proactively address issues and minimize disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations (REW A/B license requirements) and sustainability best practices.

What this job involves

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes

Strong knowledge of building services systems and sustainability practices

Conversational proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Fluency is not necessary, but must demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
