Island South Property Management Limited is seeking a Property and Facilities Officer to oversee daily operations of residential properties in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include managing maintenance and new property handover.

Property and Facilities Officer (Technical)

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned residential portfolio, including repair and maintenance works as well as new residential property handover and follow up action, etc.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ repair and maintenance experience in residential properties. Experience in new property handover is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
