Job summary

Well Born Real Estate Management Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Officer/Technical Officer to supervise a technical team responsible for maintaining residential property systems, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness. The role involves budget planning for E&M contracts and handling owner/tenant requests with strong communication in English and Chinese.

Ideal candidates have a Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, 5 years in property maintenance and a valid Electrical

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant property maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills; Putonghua is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with property maintenance projects and alterations.
• Electrical worker Grade A registration is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a technical team to ensure efficient, reliable, cost-effective maintenance and operation of building systems.

SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER/TECHNICAL OFFICER (Ref.: WB-150-Hpri-2026)

Supervise a technical team in the residential properties to ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective maintenance, repair and operating of building systems and facilities;

Assist in arranging budgets and control the expenses on E&M contracts;

Liaise and handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical related services.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

5 years relevant experience in property maintenance management;

A good team player with excellent communication skills and well prepared to work under pressure;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage;

Hands on experience in property maintenance project, property addition / alteration, fitting out & reinstatement;

With registering an electrical worker grade A;

Candidate with less experience will consider as Technical Officer/Assistant Technical Officer

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
