Job summary

Pacific Century CyberWorks Limited seeks an IT Helpdesk Support specialist to assist the operation team with log analysis, remote diagnosis and restoration on established services, and to handle incidents and changes.

Requirements: Bachelor in Electronics or Computer Engineering; networking and server operations knowledge; ITSM familiarity; CCNA or equivalent; and bilingual Chinese/English with strong customer service under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronics or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Networking and server operations knowledge.
• IT service management processes familiarity.
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong bilingual Chinese/English communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support operation team on log analysis, remote diagnosis and restoration on established services.
• Be responsible for IT Helpdesk activities such as incident, problem and change management.
• Perform preliminary log analysis on security events and incidents.
• Deliver technical support on customer's CPE equipment performance and utilization.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Support the operation team on log analysis, remote diagnosis and restoration works on established Service
• Be responsible for the IT Helpdesk support such as incident management, problem management, and change management
• Perform preliminary log analysis on security events and incidents
• Deliver technical support services and solutions on customer's CPE equipment capacity, performance and utilization Handle customer enquiry on network security event and incident as well as performance of their CPE equipment issue

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer engineering or related disciplines
• Good understanding in handling servers or network operations
• Good understanding of the IT service management process is desirable
• Knowledge in Basic networking Professional certifications such as CCNA are preferred
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature, dedicated and self-motivating attitude
• Good customer services and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
