Newrecs Consultancy Limited seeks a Technical Manager/Systems Architect/Systems Analyst to lead a CRM build from scratch and manage integrations with finance, leasing, and property management systems. The role combines hands-on programming with project delivery and vendor management.

You will define the product roadmap for the CRM and resident platform, oversee API integrations, data governance, dashboards, and change management across business units, driving AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Product, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical IT programming and project delivery/product management.
• Experience managing API-based integrations with external software vendors or development teams.
• Familiar with property-related domain (residential/hospitality/co-living).

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the product roadmap for CRM, resident platform, and internal workflow tools.
• Lead API integration planning and delivery with finance, leasing, and property management systems.
• Own product backlog prioritization, sprint planning, testing coordination, and release readiness with partners.
• Manage external vendors, app developers, UX/UI designers, and system integrators to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee resident app features (onboarding, announcements, events, chat, service requests).
• Drive improvements in user experience, adoption, retention, and resident satisfaction via data-driven iteration.
• Establish reporting and dashboards for leasing, occupancy, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure data governance, access control, system reliability, and documentation across tools.
• Support change management and internal training across business units.
• Implement AI for the Co-living team.

Technical Manager/Systems Architect/Systems Analyst (CRM, Co-living, Property)

Our client is now looking for talent to join their team:

Looking for a candidate have both "technical IT programming background" & "project delivery/ product management experience", that who can self-develop/lead internal team member/vendors to build a CRM from scratch and system integration

Job duties:

• Work in a New Team (Co-living) with around 4 team members, direct report to the Head of Co-Living (Non-IT background), team members including PM (Construction Background) and BA
• For the CRM project, it is on earlier stage and now still thinking either self-build or choose outside product.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for CRM, resident platform, and internal workflow tools.
• Lead integration planning and delivery for APIs connecting CRM with accounting/finance systems, leasing systems, and property management systems
• Own product backlog prioritization, sprint planning support, testing coordination, and release readiness with technology partners
• Manage external vendors, app developers, UX/UI designers, and system integrators to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Oversee resident app features such as onboarding, announcements, event/community functions, chat or messaging, service requests, notices, surveys, and engagement tools
• Drive improvements in user experience, adoption, retention, and resident satisfaction through data-driven iteration
• Establish reporting and dashboard requirements to support management visibility on leasing, occupancy, resident engagement, and operational performance
• Ensure data governance, access control, system reliability, and proper documentation across all digital tools and integrations
• Support change management, internal training, and adoption across business units
• I Implement AI to the Co-living team

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Product, Engineering, or related discipline
• More than 5 years of working experience, and strong on both "technical IT programming background" & "project delivery/ product management experience", that who can self-develop/lead internal team member/vendors to build a CRM from scratch and system integration (not just execution on CRM)
• Experience managing API-based integrations and working with external software vendors or development teams
• Familiar with property related domain is a must (e.g. residential/hospitality/co-living/serviced apartment/ property-related operations)
• Knowledgeable in Power BI or equivalent, SQL, relational databases, plus one or more programming languages.
• Experience in AI project is an advantage
• Any prior experience with Microsoft ERP an advantage
