Formación

• Bachelor's (or equivalent qualifications) in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related area.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or Technology Business Partner role.
• Proven track record in delivering digital initiatives and mission-critical technology solutions (e.g., Property Tech, CRM, ERP, or retail systems) within a fast-paced environment.
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualifications will be highly regarded.

• Support change management and user adoption initiatives through training, communications, user guides, and rollout support.
• Oversee post-implementation support activities, including the development of user guides, training materials, operational procedures, and system documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous enhancement of technology solutions.

Requirements
